First Time Clients
Appointment Policy for First-Time Clients
To secure an appointment, all first-time clients are required to pay a $30.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Please Note:
A deposit request will be sent via Square Payment Processing. The card placed on file is used to secure your appointment and will only be charged in the event of a no-call/no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance.
If your deposit is not received at least 1 day prior to your appointment, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings, your appointment will be canceled.

Each client deserves dedicated, one-on-one attention without interruptions. To help maintain a calm and focused environment, please arrive no more than 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Late Arrival
Timeliness Matters
Every client is entitled to a high-quality, uninterrupted experience. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your service will be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling — no exceptions.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to a smooth and respectful experience for all.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your scheduled appointment, you must call Facials BiDesign at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that appointments cannot be canceled online.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If the card on file cannot be processed, you will be unable to book future appointments until the balance is resolved.

As part of our commitment to providing you with the highest-quality treatments and personalized service, we want to share a small but important update. Beginning June 1, 2025, we will be making a slight adjustment to our service pricing. This change is due to rising operational costs and new tariffs impacting the premium products and tools we rely on every day.
We’ve worked hard to keep our pricing steady, and this decision wasn’t made lightly. But to continue offering the elevated care you deserve, this update is necessary.
