First Time Clients

In order to secure an appointment all First-Time clients are charged a $30.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit applies to the total amount of the service and the remaining balance will be due once the service has been completed. 

NOTE: A request for deposit will be submitted via the Square Payment Processing Platform. (The card placed on file is to secure your appointment and is only charged in the case of a no call/no show or less than 24 hour cancellation). If your deposit is not received within 1 day prior to your appointment or within 1 hour of same day bookings, your appointment will be rejected.

Arrival Time

Each client deserves their one on one time uninterrupted.  Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes in advance of your appointment time, unless previously discussed

Late Arrival

Every person is entitled to a superb experience so please be sure to arrive on time.  If you arrive late for your appointment, your service time will be adjusted, and you will only receive the remaining time.  Any arrival after 10 minutes will have to be rescheduled *no exceptions*

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your scheduled appointment you to have to call Facials BiDesign at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  Your appointment cannot be cancelled online.  If you contact us within less than 24 hours, or do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Thank you for choosing Facials BiDesign for all of your skincare needs! We take pride in being able to help you achieve your skincare goals. Due to rising operational costs Facials BiDesign will be increasing prices on all services, effective January 1, 2023. If you would like to take advantage of the current pricing take a look at our facial and waxing series that are available.
